How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. Express is 1–3. Free standard shipping unlocks at $75.
What's your return policy?
Unworn pairs with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
How do I find my size?
Use our size guide (US / UK / EU / CM). If you're between sizes, size up for most lifestyle sneakers; check product notes for brand-specific fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and mobile money where available. Gift cards can be applied at checkout when issued.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we'll help with a return instead of a cancellation.
Are products authentic?
Yes. STEPUP sources authorized inventory only. Every pair ships new in original packaging.
