Items must be unworn, clean, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Email support@stepupfootwear.com with your order number, or use Track Order once accounts launch.

Ship it back
Drop the prepaid package at any carrier location. Refunds process within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
